  • Do you fix or repair Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments? Can you fix my Hallmark Magic Ornament?
  •       The short answer is: No.

Unfortunately, we are currently unaware of anyone that fixes or repairs ornaments. We are also unaware of anyone that sells replacement parts for Hallmark ornaments. This is most likely due to the fact that it would not be cost effective to repair an ornament. If you are aware of anyone that repairs Hallmark Keepsake ornaments, please let us know. Although we do not repair Hallmark ornaments, we will be more than happy to assist you in locating a replacement ornament.

  • Do you offer replacement boxes for Hallmark ornaments?
  •       Unfortunately, we are not able to offer replacement boxes for Hallmark ornaments.

  • Do you buy Hallmark ornaments? How can we sell you our Hallmark ornament collection?
  •       Yes, we will consider purchasing Hallmark ornament collections. Please see our informational page on Selling Your Ornament Collection for more information.

Please note that collections that are priced and prepared for sale will be more likely to get our attention. We do not sell on consignment. We ask that you provide your best price, as we do not haggle or negotiate over price. Since there are a wide variety of factors that go into pricing an ornament, we cannot give you a one size fits all guide on how to price your ornaments, but please keep in mind that we only purchase at liquidation pricing. We get many offers for ornaments daily, and only the ornaments that are priced most attractively for us are likely to be purchased.

  • Are all of your ornaments brand new? Are your ornaments gem mint, never out of the box, never touched by human hands?
  •       Current year ornaments, as well as the last 2 to 3 years, are mostly brand new stock, and come directly from a Hallmark store or one of Hallmark's warehouses. However, we get most of our ornaments from a wide variety of sources, and so we cannot guarantee that any ornament is brand new, gem mint, or never touched by human hands. The Ornament Factory guarantees that all of the ornaments that we sell will be undamaged and in like new condition, with only the condition of the boxes varying. Although we do our best to show on our website when a box will be slightly damaged (SDB), damaged (DB), or have some sort of issue, we do NOT guarantee that ornament boxes will be in perfect, gem mint condition.

  • I do not see a condition code. What does this mean?
  •       We only put a condition code next to items that we have deemed that have a damaged box, slightly damaged box, or some other sort of note worthy issue. All other items should be in mint to near mint condition.

  • What does DB, SDB, NT, WB, or NB mean?
  •       These are industry standard abbreviations that are used to denote any issues with the ornament box.

DB - Damaged box, SDB - Slightly Damaged Box, NT - No Price Tab, NB - No Box, WB - Plain white box (usually used for display models)

  • Is The Ornament Factory a part of Hallmark Cards, Inc?
  •       The Ornament Factory is not affiliated with Hallmark Cards, Inc. The Ornament Factory is one of the largest secondary market dealers of Hallmark Keepsake ornaments. We not only offer our extensive inventory of past year Hallmark ornaments to our customers, but we also offer our vast knowledge of Keepsake ornaments, a world class website to make purchasing Hallmark ornaments as quick and easy as possible, industry leading promotions and sales, and friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help you complete your Hallmark ornament collection.

  • How can I redeem my Gold Crown rewards points on your website?
  •       Since The Ornament Factory is not affiliated with Hallmark Cards, Inc, we are not able to redeem your points on our website. However, you should check our website, social media pages, and your inbox frequently, as we have some fantastic sales and discount codes for Hallmark ornaments.

  • What is a "colorway" or a "repaint" ornament?
  •       Hallmark will occasionally produce an ornament that is labeled as a colorway, or repaint. These ornaments use the same mold as a regularly issued ornament, but are painted differently than the original - usually using a different paint pallet. These repaints are usually offered as a limited edition ornament, or as a special edition or event edition ornament. Although most colorway ornaments are more valuable than the regular issue ornament, there are instances where this is not true. Like most ornaments, the value of any ornament is greatly determined by production number, scarcity, and the popularity of the ornament and/or the subject matter it was molded after.
