John “Collin” Francis brought unusual range to the Keepsake Studio. His documented Hallmark career extended from 1979 through 2005, yet ornaments carrying his credit continued to appear afterward. Across that body of work, Francis moved from tiny Merry Miniatures to detailed architecture, fashion dolls, professional athletes, trains, and licensed entertainment characters.

The current catalog identifies 347 distinct ornament designs connected with his work. Lighthouse Greetings shows his command of miniature architecture, while Madame Alexander demanded precise faces, costumes, and fabric-like detail.
