The Ornament Factory does not sell wholesale.

The Ornament Factory reserves the right to cancel or reduce any order where the customer attempts to buy in bulk.

Discount codes are NEVER valid for current year ornaments. 

Discount codes and promotional offers are only valid at the time of purchase for online orders only.
Discount code(s) must be applied by customer at checkout in order to receive discount.
Discount codes and promotional offers are NOT valid on previous orders.
Discount codes are not valid on previously discounted items unless stated otherwise.

Discount codes are not valid on items in our "rare ornaments" category unless stated otherwise. (Those ornaments are usually marked as "RARE")

We reserve the right to discontinue or invalidate any discount code at any time.
Limit one of discount code per person/family/address.
Limit of one of any ornament title per discount code.
Dealers and resellers (including their family and agents) are not permitted to use discount codes.
Orders may be adjusted at our discretion for non-compliance with restrictions.
If orders are adjusted, they will be adjusted in a manner to minimize refunds and maximize items sold at full price.
Orders will NOT be adjusted for coupons not used at time of purchase.
Any shipping discounts are only valid for the continental US.
All offers exclude discounts on shipping. insurance, and taxes.
All offers requiring a minimal purchase exclude shipping. insurance, taxes, and are calculated based on totals after all discounts are applied.
Items with a shipping surcharge due to size or weight may not be eligible for shipping promotions.
Any free or promotional items will be adjusted/revoked if items are returned or order cancelled. 
Adjustments to refunds may be impacted by adjustments for promotional items.

If the terms of this website and/or a discount are not followed, whether it is due to a programming error, the way our system is programmed or any other reason, The Ornament Factory reserve the right to adjust your order as we determine best to force compliance.

If your order is subject to sales tax, your order will be charged sales tax on the pre-discount total (the order's total dollar amount before any discounts are applied). This is how the software we use is programmed, and cannot be altered.

All payments will be submitted at the time the order is placed, not at the time the order ships. This includes all pre-orders. All pre-orders are pre-paid pre-orders, which lock in your price and place in our shipping queue (in the event of product shortages). You are paying in advance to hold your place in line and to lock in the price of your items.
