The Ornament Factory does NOT include power cords and/or batteries with any items sold on our website, unless specifically stated on the product listing.

Power Cords and electric power sources

Unless specifically stated that it is included, power cords are not included with items that require them. Specifically, The Ornament Factory does NOT include Christmas light strings, Hallmark Magic Cords, and/or Hallmark Keepsake Power Cords with ornaments purchased on this website. Specifically, Hallmark Magic Cords and Hallmark Keepsake Power Cords are available for purchase, are never included at no charge, and are sold separately.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to separately purchase any required power cord and/or power source for any item purchased on this website.

Batteries

The Ornament Factory does not guarantee that batteries included with any ornament will function more than three (3) years past the original production year. The expected shelf life of most batteries is three (3) years, and so we will not warranty them past that time period. We offer new batteries for most ornaments, which can be purchased separately. The Ornament Factory does not include new batteries with any ornaments sold on this website, nor will The Ornament Factory provide any free replacement batteries at anytime after an ornament is purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase and install new batteries into any ornaments that are more than three (3) years past the original release date of any given ornament. Some ornaments that require AA, AAA, or other larger batteries never include batteries. Some ornaments have ornaments that cannot be replaced, and we do not warranty those batteries in any way.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. The Ornament Factory reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
