Ring in the Season Hallmark Ornaments

(2015-2024)

Ring in the Season followed one metal jingle-bell format from 2015 through 2024. Every annual ornament has a working clapper, so movement produces a real ring rather than activating an electronic recording. Hallmark kept the recognizable bell silhouette while changing the embossed scene, metal finish, ribbon, and dated details. Those recurring construction choices identify the series without making any two yearly designs identical.

2017 Ring in the Season #3 documents the run's early Premium phase. Its artwork is formed in relief on a curved metal surface instead of being applied to a flat front panel. The scene therefore extends around the body, and its raised details catch light differently as the ornament turns. This entry joins the functional clapper to the sculpted metalwork that defined the early numbered bells.

2023 Ring in the Season #9 is the official ninth numbered ornament. Hallmark issued another bell that year in matte gold for the fiftieth anniversary of Keepsake Ornaments. Although the anniversary design coordinates with number nine, it is a separate commemorative companion and does not occupy an additional place in the annual sequence. The distinction explains why two related 2023 bells exist without changing the numbering of the series.

2024 Ring in the Season #10 carries holly branches and ribbon bows embossed across a silver-toned body. Its number and stated final-series status close the annual run at ten pieces. The matte-gold 2023 anniversary companion remains outside that total, just as other unnumbered Hallmark bells are separate from this named sequence. This final ornament establishes the category's 2015-2024 range while retaining the working metal construction used from the beginning of the series.
