US Shipping

Standard Shipping	3 to 12 days	Please use shipping estimation tool inside of shopping cart. Rates provided by USPS. Shipping times do not include processing time.

Priority Shipping	2 to 3 days	Please use shipping estimation tool inside of shopping cart. Rates provided by USPS. Shipping times do not include processing time.
Express Shipping	1 to 2 days	Please use shipping estimation tool inside of shopping cart. Rates provided by USPS. Shipping times do not include processing time.

Canadian Shipping

First Class International Mail	5 to 15 days	Please use shipping estimation tool inside of shopping cart. Rates provided by USPS. Since the USPS does NOT provide tracking for first class international packages, customers that opt to use this service are doing so at their own risk. We cannot, and will not, be liable for any packages that are lost and/or that take an excessive amount of time for delivery. Customers are assuming FULL responsibility for all packages sent using USPS First-Class International. The Ornament Factory will gladly provide a customs number as proof of shipment, but will NOT be responsible for any packages once the USPS takes possession.

International Shipping

First Class International Shipping	5 to 15 days	Please use shipping estimation tool inside of shopping cart. Rates provided by USPS. Since the USPS does NOT provide tracking for first class international packages, customers that opt to use this service are doing so at their own risk. We cannot, and will not, be liable for any packages that are lost and/or that take an excessive amount of time for delivery. The Ornament Factory will gladly provide a customs number as proof of shipment, but will NOT be responsible for any packages once the USPS takes possession.

All shipping rates are in US dollars (USD).

These rates and times are provided as a guideline, and subject to change at anytime without notice.

We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of our shipments. We will not use any other shipping service.

An adult signature may be required for any order over $200.00 USD.

Heavy items that state they have a shipping surcharge will have a surcharge added to the final shipping charge. These surcharges cannot be waived, even for free shipping offers.

Our processing times for pre-orders will be longer, and our estimated ship dates will be posted on any pre-order ornament. We will ship all ornaments placed in a single order at the same time, so please place a separate order for any ornaments not listed as "pre-order" separately if you are ordering ornaments listed as "pre-order" if you would like your non pre-order ornaments to arrive sooner. We do not split ship orders under any circumstances.

Shipping times are the estimates provided by the United States Postal Service, and are in business days. These times are just estimates, and can greatly vary depending on the time of the year, the speed of the postal service, and/or customs (for international orders). Delivery time estimates do not include our processing time. Please see the shipping policies section of our terms and conditions for more information.

We attempt to process all orders in the order that they are received. Your order will not jump the line in our shipping queue because of any specific shipping service that you select.

International and Canadian customers: You will be responsible for any customs or duty fees. Tracking is only available for international packages when using express shipping. Tracking may not available for any other shipping methods other than international express shipping. The buyer assumes all responsibility for lost or delayed international packages when using any shipping method other than express international packages.
