Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Ornament Factory shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. The Ornament Factory shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Ornament Factory will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price, or provide an in-store credit in the event that a refund cannot be issued back to the original form of payment.

Although The Ornament Factory attempts to describe every item as accurately as possible, The Ornament Factory is not responsible for any errors in the product listings and/or product images. There may be slight differences between the item pictured and the item received. These differences are issues that occur at the time of manufacturing, which may include, but are not limited to, item colors, shades of colors used, eyelet position, or fine details in the item. The Ornament Factory will also not take responsibility for any typographical errors in the item descriptions, including but not limited to dimensions, artist credit, year released, or any other detail about the item. Please note that some products require power sources, such as power cords, batteries, or Christmas lights - and we do not guarantee that these items will be included at the time of purchase. Batteries that came with ornaments that are more than three years old may no longer function. Ornaments that require the Hallmark Keepsake Power Cord or the Hallmark Magic Cord will require that those items be purchased separately in order to utilize some or all of the functions of those ornaments. Any of the above issues (or similar issues) does not provide for an exception to our "all sales are final" policy.
