Due to Covid-19, we have accepted a record number of orders this season. Covid-19 has also forced us to work with a limited staff in order to ensure the safety of our employees. For these reasons, like most online retailers, we are experiencing a slight delay in shipping. We are currently between 5 to 11 business days behind on shipping. Please keep in mind that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as all U.S. holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

For customers requesting a status on their order, as explained above, we are experiencing a slight delay with shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. We will not be able to provide any further information on orders than have been placed less than 16 business days (21 actual days) from today. Please be advised that orders with 2020 ornaments in them may not be returned, cancelled or altered, as all sales are final. We are shipping out orders as quickly as we possibly can with the limited staff that we have available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

For sellers - we are not buying ornaments at this time. Please hold your requests until February of 2021.
