Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. We will not be able to provide any further information on orders than have been placed less than 16 business days (21 actual days) from today. Please be advised that orders with 2020 ornaments in them may not be returned, cancelled or altered, as all sales are final. We are shipping out orders as quickly as we possibly can with the limited staff that we have available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
