If you have a question about a specific ornament, please include the year and name of the ornament in your request.
If you have a question about your order, please include the order number in your request. If you do not have your order number, please include the name under which the order was placed, your email address, and any other inofrmation about the order that you can recall.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, but can take up to 14 business days in the event of an inventory issue. These times can be longer during the holiday season, and will be longer for pre-orders for obvious reasons.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RESPOND TO INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS FOR TRACKING NUMBERS. You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number the moment your order ships. Please check your "spam" or "junk mail" as well, as they sometimes end up there.
