1980 Jolly Santa

This 1980 Hallmark Christmas Ornament is part of the Tree-Trimmer Collection and features a frosted glass ball, with silver cap, and transparent plastic sleeve, printed with a scene of Santa ice skating with a reindeer. Snowflakes fly around the sky as the reindeer carves a message in the ice, with his skates, which reads, "Christmas 1980." He's wearing a red scarf with a holly cluster in his antlers and skating with his eyes closed. Not to be outdone, Santa is also skating with his eyes closed and his blades are etching the sentiment, "Merry Christmas," into the frozen pond. He's wearing his full Santa suit, with green mittens and a holly cluster decorates his hat. The copyright is also dated and printed in between the two panels, on the plastic sleeve, in white. The ornament is packaged in the original "window" box, with all sides viewable, so you can see the entire bulb.
