1980 Santa Chime

This 1980 Hallmark Christmas Ornament is chrome-plated and die-cut. It was also reissued in 1981. 

NOTE: This product code was also used by Hallmark for their 1980 glass ball ornament, "Lollipops," by Marty Links.

The ornament is made to look and act like a windchime and features Santa flying over three houses in his sleigh, pulled by three reindeer. The cottages all have smoke coming from their chimneys and dangle from a clear, plastic string that makes a similar sound to windchimes, when they hit each other. The ornament has a copyright engraved into the back of the sleigh's runner shoe (metal blade). It's packaged in the original green box with protective foam and cream-colored sleeve with tag.
