It depicts the First Walgreen's Drugstore, and it commemorates the 100th Anniversary of Walgreens Drugstores.

This ornament, although not an official part of the Nostalgic Houses and Shops series, is the same scale, but is made of a slightly different material, and is not open in the back, like the other buildings in the official series.
