About This Item

1981 It's Christmas Time, Traditional Black Santa, Rare

1981 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament

QX8015

This 1981 Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament is an unbreakable white satin ball with clear, plastic sleeve featuring a black Santa and the sentiment: "It's time for sharing, and dreaming, and caring and merry gift-bearing...It's Christmas!" The ornament is dated "1981" on the panel with Santa waving from inside a wreath. In the top right corner, we see him in his green sleigh, flying across the moon with his reindeer. On the other side, Santa is standing in the snow feeding and petting woodland creatures: two fawns with red ribbons around their necks, a raccoon, bunny, bluebird, and squirrel holding a nut. Both panels have a red border with white snowflakes and the copyright is printed in between the panels, on the sleeve. It's packaged in the original "window" box, viewable from all sides.
