This 1984 Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament features a brown-haired child dressed in a red and white shirt under a green onesie with a red patch on the hip, red and white sneakers, and a red beanie with holly on the brim. Eager to surprise the person receiving the gift they hold behind their back, the expression is one of both innocence and knowing! The ornament can stand on it's own, or be hung from the top.
Donna Lee, the artist, worked for Hallmark from 1958 until she retired in the early 90's, and is best known for creating the beloved Keepsake series, "Nostalgic Houses and Shops," and the unofficial, "Donna Lee Angels."
