1984 Three Kittens in a Mitten - Damaged Box

1984 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament

QX4311DB

This 1984 Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament features three kittens tucked inside a red and green striped knitted mitten. A black kitty with white face hangs over the top, sitting next to a Siamese kitten that's looking up at the one above them. The orange cat has brown spots and a white face, and is standing on the the backs of the other two, with it's outstretched paws on the back of both of their heads. The copyright is on the right hip of the kitten on top and the ornament is packaged in the original full color box.

Donna Lee, the artist, worked for Hallmark from 1958 until she retired in the early 90's, and is best known for creating the beloved Keepsake series, "Nostalgic Houses and Shops," and the unofficial, "Donna Lee Angels."
