Frosty Fun Decade
Frosty Fun Decade
(2010-2019)
Frosty Fun Decade is a ten-piece numbered series covering 2010 through 2019. Tammy Haddix used a snowman to turn the changing numerals of the 2010s into part of each winter action. The date is not a small mark underneath; it helps build the scene.
Frosty Fun Decade #1 began the plan in 2010. the 2011 #2 special edition shows that related releases can branch beside the annual concept. A special label does not create another year within the ten-piece count.
the 2013 colorway changes a known design through alternate paint rather than advancing the date. Frosty Fun Decade #8 demonstrates the regular series moving toward its built-in endpoint.
the 2019 Keepsake Ornament Club piece is related to the completed decade but should not be assumed to be an eleventh annual entry. That distinction is the category’s central lesson: date numeral, series number, colorway, special edition, and club status all describe different things. Snow, clothing, and playful props vary, but the decade itself provides the fixed ten-year architecture.
A dated-decade series has an ending built in from the first year. Unlike a character line that may continue as long as new stories work, Frosty Fun Decade must resolve when the numeral sequence reaches 2019. That limit gives every annual piece two positions at once: one within Hallmark numbering and one within the public calendar.
The colorway separates appearance from time. It may show the same year and action in another palette, but it cannot create a second 2013 inside the decade.
The club issue celebrates the completed structure from outside the annual sequence, which is why its membership route matters within the broader Hallmark record.
