Snow Angel
Snow Angel Hallmark Ornaments
(2015-PRESENT)
Snow Angel turns a familiar phrase into one visual pun. These figures are snow people given the signs of angels rather than human angels placed in winter scenery. Glittered snow forms each rounded body, a tinsel circle becomes a halo, and thin snowflake shapes serve as wings. Rosy cheeks and cheerful poses keep the character treatment playful.
Tammy Haddix designed the recent related group. 2023 Snow Angel establishes its modern look with an open, joyful stance, a soft circular halo, and delicate snowflake wings. The figure's expression and proportions provide a shared starting point for the next two designs without turning the category into a formally numbered run.
2024 Snow Angel raises a trumpet, while 2025 Snow Angel changes to a tambourine and adds a silver halo and necklace. The instrument, halo color, wing pattern, and pose supply the clearest identification clues for these nearby years. This is the single musical thread connecting the two later figures.
Material contrast is another part of the design. Hard molded surfaces are painted and glittered to suggest loose, granular snow. Flexible tinsel creates a genuinely soft halo, while the slim snowflake wings appear lighter than the rounded body. The ornaments use those differences in texture to separate snow, trim, and wing shapes even though the main palette remains pale.
The category reaches back to 2015, earlier than the linked 2023–2025 group, and it is not presented as one continuously numbered annual series. Older one-time snow-angel subjects can share the theme without creating missing positions before the recent Haddix designs. The open production range records that broader history rather than treating 2023 as a numbered beginning.
