About This Item

1983 Child's Third Christmas

1983 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament

QX2269

This 1983 Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament is an unbreakable white satin ball, with a metal cap shaped like a crown, and a clear plastic sleeve featuring Santa Claus carrying an overflowing brown backpack with green straps and white snowflakes. He's wearing his traditional suit with blue and white striped gloves, and holds in one hand a teddy bear, and in the other, a green stocking stuffed with toys and candy canes. The panel is bordered in green with a repeating pattern of white deer and fir trees on top and bottom, and polka dots on both sides. The message panel has a large white banner which reads: "TO CELEBRATE A CHILD'S THIRD CHRISTMAS," in red with a sentiment below: "How merry the season, how happy the day, When Santa brings Christmas surprises your way!" and dated with 1983, below. Against a green background with snowflakes, fir trees, and holly clusters, Santa and his reindeer fly over the banner and the bottom is strewn with various toys and candy canes. The ornament is packaged in the original "window" box, viewable from all sides, so you can see the entire bulb.
